Most visitors to Cascades Raptor Center pay admission for self-guided tours. However, we offer two more intimate experiences for small groups of people with intense interest in raptors.

Guided Tours

*PLEASE NOTE: Due to precautions in place to protect visitors, staff, and volunteers from exposure to COVID-19, Personal Tours must be scheduled to start between 9:00 am and 9:30 am at the latest, before we open to the public. This will allow us to ensure you have an excellent experience with ample physical distance from other guests.*

$200 non-members, $150 members

With our Personal Tour, you’ll receive a private tour led by a knowledgable member of Cascades Raptor Center’s team. A great gift for the raptor lover, the personal tour is available for the single bird lover, a couple, or a small group of up to four people. Must be scheduled in advance. Tour lasts approximately 1 hour. For the comfort and safety of the birds, no contact between guests and raptors is allowed.

– Learn about the unique personalities and background stories of resident raptors
-Meet two raptors out of their enclosures
-Get a closer look at the raptor center’s work and the team that makes it possible

This will allow us to ensure you have an excellent experience with ample physical distance from other guests.*

$450 non-members, $400 members

Receive a private tour led by members of Cascades Raptor Center’s bird training staff. Perfect for the true raptor enthusiast and anyone interested in the science behind positive-reinforcement training – this is an excellent gift! ┬áThe Ultimate Raptor Experience is available for the single bird lover, a couple, or a small group of people up to four maximum. For the comfort and safety of the birds, no contact between guest and raptors is allowed.

-Shadow a staff trainer to get an in-depth look at raptor care and training
-Meet at least two raptors out of their enclosures
-Finish the tour with a flight demonstration by one of the resident raptors
