Parking

Our parking lot is small (maximum capacity 12 cars) and can fill up on busy days! Overflow parking is available across the street on the shoulder of Christensen Road.

If anyone in your group has mobility issues, you are welcome to drop them off outside our visitor center before you park. We have one disabled parking permit space outside of our visitor center. More information about site accessibility can be found here.

No Dogs or Oversized Vehicles on Site

For our raptors’ safety, no dogs are permitted on site, even in cars. They frighten the birds, and raptors have excellent eyesight! If you have a dog with you, please park across the street in the overflow parking. See here for our service animal policy.

Oversized vehicles (buses, RVs), etc. will need to park across the street. Our lot does not have enough room for these vehicles to turn around safely.

Adventurous cyclists can get a workout biking up Fox Hollow Road through the South Hills’ beautiful evergreen woods. Caution: shoulder is narrow in areas.

Want both a low-key ride and a moderate hike? Lane Transit District buses run up Fox Hollow Road, though they do not reach all the way to our driveway.

Bus riders will need to walk along the road from the last stop (N/S of Donald W of Fox Hollow) to our driveway, approximately 1 mile. Please use caution as the shoulder is narrow in areas.
