Service animals are not allowed in most guest areas on our site. Canines are natural predators of the birds in our care and can make them dangerously agitated. No service animals are permitted within sight of a bird in an aviary.

With advance notice and coordination, a guest with a registered service animal can schedule a private program or one-on-one encounter in our education pavilion, adjacent to the parking area. In these situations, the service animal must be restricted to the designated program location and cannot go near bird aviaries. Please call (541) 485-1320 ext. 0 to inquire.
