We book private educational programs for all ages year round.
To get started, please fill out our Program Request Form linked below. Our staff will then contact you to set up your program.
We normally require at least 2 weeks notice for program scheduling to ensure staff availability. We do not book programs more than 2 months in advance.

Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or your group will be charged the full fee.
Parking: Please carpool and park vehicles along Christensen Rd. (across Fox Hollow Rd. from our driveway). Our parking is limited and we do not have turnaround room for buses in our main lot. If you have any questions about accessibility for your vehicle, please give us a call at (541) 485-1320 ext. 3.
Weather: Programs are held rain or shine and take place outdoors in a wooded area. Dress for variable weather (often on the cool side) and steep, unpaved terrain. In the event of hazardous conditions like major snow or ice, programs may need to be rescheduled.
Pricing: Program pricing is a flat rate based on group size. Please choose the best match for your group from the options below. Any extra guests beyond your selected maximum will be charged the day of the program at $15/person.
1-15 people: $225
16-25 people: $325
26-35 people: $425
Optional extension: Add 15 minutes + 1 extra bird to your program $50
