Let us Bring the Birds to You!
From pre-school to senior citizens, your group can schedule a private program to learn more about raptors and the amazing ways they make a living. We’ll bring one or more Cascades Raptor Center avian ambassadors to your site.
We reserve programs all year and ask that you please submit your requests at least three weeks in advance of your desired date. Our busiest seasons for programming are spring and fall. We will do our best to accommodate your time frame. Summer camps or other events during the summer season must be held in a shaded or indoor, air conditioned location.

The Dmitri Experience
Dmitri, Eurasian Eagle-Owl, is the largest owl and most confident member of our Education Team. In addition to his work as a raptor educator, he also makes private appearances to support the work we do at Cascades Raptor Center, such as personal visits. He has experience with photo shoots, corporate events, weddings and even film sets.
The base rate for a Dmitri visit is $350, with an additional surcharge that depends on the specific circumstances of the request. Please contact us using the form on this page and provide detailed information including a description of the location for the appearance and whether Dmitri would be a passive visitor or active participant in a flight or training demonstration.
Cascades Raptor Center may need to reschedule off-site programs due to dangerous travel conditions such as snow or ice. Temperatures above 85 degrees will require air-conditioned, indoor spaces for the safety of the birds.
